ABOUT GO

GO is a non profit, student-led organization at the University of Toronto for all students interested in gaining exposure to technology, entrepreneurship, hackathons, start-ups, and more!

Here you can find out what’s GOing on, connect with our team and peers with similar interests and GO to events!

Our Aim

GO aims to break barriers preventing students from learning about technology and entrepreneurship by focusing on self-development, team building, and community engagement. GO serves as an inclusive platform for students of any program to meet new people, work together and attend events. We’re passionate in developing ways for students to capitalize on free tech and entrepreneurship related events on the university campuses in Toronto and the GTA.

Why is it important to make technology and entrepreneurship opportunities more accessible?

Technology and entrepreneurship are central to the work industry in today's age and interact with many fields of work. Regardless of your specialty, anyone can learn more about tech and entrepreneurship! Technology includes programming, designing, aritificial intelligence (AI) and much more! Entrepreneurship encompasses the business industry, economics, innovation and connection. Learning about technology and entrepreneurship can contribute to success in future careers and develop skills that are beneficial in many industries.

Learn with GO

Participate in hackathons to acquire tech skills or participate in case competitions if you're interested in entrepreneurship! Additionally, there is always a wide array of workshops that you can attend to simply gain more knowledge.
